We have been checking out Anime Expo Chibi since the very first one and we have seen constant improvement throughout the convention from vendors, to how the convention moves forward. There was a bit of backlash of how the convention handled some of their terms with performers and vendors but decided to roll back on those terms. But with this convention going side by side with Anime Pasadena, we wanted to see if it can still stack up to its improvements.
