I was able to attend ALA, though I was super excited to attend conventions regularly again, the rise of Omicron scared me a bit, especially with how easy it is to get inside for Covid Check. Also a bit of drama of someone trying to attend and going inside while knowing he tested positive Covid and was waiting for the next official result. Luckily the team at Anime Los Angeles let me in a bit early to get some early footage before the big rush of attendees. I hope to be able to attend again as press when things get better hopefully by next year! I even want to host a panel at some point!
