E3 2019 – Almost There but not yet

I always dreamed of attending E3 since I was even a content creator. I watched the livestreams of all the games that are soon to come out with anticipation of “what’s next”. First of all wanted to give a big thank you to Heavenly Controller for having me as his +1 and to Bandai Namco for even planning on inviting me to begin with. During this time I was going through the final moments of school for finals and final projects, while recovering from the flu. I was stressing with planning with how crazy the lines are at E3, but luckily because of Heavenly Controller, I was able to obtain a media badge. Unfortunately that’s not the way I wanted to obtain a badge since I wanted to get in with my own credentials, but at the moment I’m not that the status to where I can obtain a media badge on my own. It was kind of a self realization of that I’m there, but not there yet. Overtime though, hopefully by a year I’ll be able to get there!

The show floor of E3 was everything that i imagined it to be. So many interactive booths where you can not only try out the game, but experience the ambience that is inside the game itself. One of my favorite places was at the Nintendo booth, they had a legitmate Pokemon Stadium that replicated the ones in the upcoming Sword and Shield games. Also they had a Haunted house related to the upcoming Luigi’s Mansion game coming out on switch. Unfortunately, due to time constraint with arrival, class, as well as appointments with certain companies, I couldn’t go to a lot of the interactive places, but I had a ton of fun walking around and checking out all of the different gaming companies booths.
